Mrs. Carmen Martinez — Founder and Consultant
Carmen Martinez began her career as a Real Estate Agent with Connells in the UK. She moved back to Mallorca sixteen years ago and qualified with the ‘Asociacion Professional de Expertos Inmobiliarios’ in Barcelona.
Carmen began working for a large Palma based property broker before deciding to start her own business based in Palma Nova three years later with her husband, George. The company, C.M. Property International was formed and she has never looked back!
Mr. George J. Mead — Managing Director
Carmen’s son George, moved over to Mallorca and joined the business in 2001 after 18 years in the Information and Communications Technology industry based in London and St. Albans, Hertfordshire. He sold his business and came over to enjoy the climate and lifestyle that we all benefit from here in Mallorca!
The company has changed it’s name from C.M. Property International to Martinez Mead S.L. but continues to provide the same friendly and professional service that has been offered to clients for the past 13 years.
Mrs. Helena Martins — Admin & Rental Sales Consultant
Helena Martins specialises in handling long term residential rentals and speaks fluent Spanish, English, French and Portuguese. Helena also deals with our office administration and has been with us for three years. She is an invaluable asset.
Mr. John Oliver — Sales & Mortgage Consultant
John Oliver joined us in 2004 as a Sales and Mortgage Consultant. He previously worked as a mortgage consultant in Mallorca for a specialist company based on mainland Spain. His experience in this field allows us to offer an advisory service to our prospective clients. John has lived on the island for over 10 years and has an extremely pleasant manner and professional approach.
